Field Service Engineer - Essex - 50k

Platform Recruitment has partnered with a leading defence manufacturer. They are looking for a field service engineer to work to provide field-based support for their customers with a specific focus on the naval sector.

Key responsibilities:

+ Undertake service interventions like installations, commissioning, troubleshooting and acceptance tests.

+ Support Customer Services Technical Helpdesk.

+ Regular travel within the UK and multiple overseas destinations is a requirement for this role.

Key skills:

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.

+ Knowledge of computers including hardware and software applications.

+ Understanding of Networking.

The salary will be up to 50k depending on previous experience with great company benefits.
