Job Overview
As a Facilities Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day–to–day operations, maintenance, and overall management of our commercial property portfolio. You will ensure that all facilities are safe, fully operational, and compliant with regulations while maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the maintenance and operations of commercial buildings, ensuring the properties are in optimal condition. Oversee service contracts, including cleaning, security, HVAC, and other essential services. Coordinate and manage repairs, refurbishments, and renovations within set budgets and timelines. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and resolving any property–related issues. Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders. Conduct regular property inspections and create preventive maintenance schedules. Lead emergency preparedness and response plans for all properties under management. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to negotiate contracts and monitor performance. Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in managing commercial properties is essential. Strong knowledge of property management practices, building maintenance, and facilities operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage tenant relationships effectively. Budget management and financial reporting experience. Strong problem–solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in commercial settings.
