Extrusion Setter / Operator

Location Alcester

Salary depending on experience.

Full time Monday to Friday Permanent position (0800 to 1700 Mon–Thur, 0800 to 1415 Friday) Or 4–day shift (Apply online only) Mon to Thurs)

Job description

We are looking for the right candidate to join our team as an Extrusion Setter / Operator.

Experience is desirable but it is not essential similar experience within rubber or plastics manufacturing an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Set–up extrusion line according to precise customer specifications

Set–up and operate and all equipment: extruder, controls, baths, and coilers.

Identify and install appropriate tooling such as dies.

Complete production paperwork (works orders) for production traceability.

Personal Competencies

High level of enthusiasm and personal drive.

Problem solving mind–set.

Good time management skills.

Flexible and willing to work different hours when the company requires.

Overtime available.
