As we approach the latter stages of 2024, Baltimore Consulting have been in discussions with local authority commissioning leads on the future of their departments and the adult social care agenda as a whole.

The topics of conversation were varied across the board with a number of different priorities being highlighted as teams look to put their flagship commissioning plans in place for the next 3 to 5 years.
