This role would suit an individual who has a passion for the property sector and who as supreme client management skills. You will have finely honed admin skills too!

Working within the Estates division you will work closely with Property managers. Your role will be a vital one. You will support a team of experienced Property Managers to ensure that their managed properties and estates are running in tip top order.

Providing excellent customer service to support the management of residential propertiesManaging contractors and arranging repair worksArranging quotationsManaging on site and repairs issuesManaging lease administrationDealing with legal correspondence in connection with propertiesComposing e mails and management lettersVisits to properties along with the PM Experience neededTwo years similar experience( ideally within a property environment)High levels of spoken and written EnglishPassion for the property industryA level or equivalent
