Being offered with both an impressive basic salary of GBP28,000 and equally strong on target earnings of GBP45,000. You will also benefit from a share of office commission from day one, which is what the on target earnings is calculated from so this is realistic. Typically, with at least 5 years Estate Agency experience you will be expected to list, negotiate, and represent the Estate Agency to the highest standard.
