The Role

As a Sales Negotiator / Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth property transactions from instruction to offer acceptance to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a pipeline of property sales, liaising with all parties involved including buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers Proactively chasing and updating all parties to maintain momentum in the sales process Identifying and resolving potential issues before they become obstacles to completion Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to management Contributing to the agency's reputation for excellence in customer service

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a detail–oriented professional with:

Proven experience in estate agency sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple transactions simultaneously A full, clean UK driving licence for occasional property visits Resilience and problem–solving skills to overcome challenges in the sales process Proficiency in relevant property software and MS Office suite
