Salary:

£24,000 to £26,000 per annum dependent on experience

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm

1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm

The Role:

Working with the team in the Yeovil office as a negotiator on the residential sales in the Yeovil and surrounding area. Focusing on countryside and rural residential properties.

You will need to be target focused and results driven. Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to both the vendor and seller.

You will need to have a full driving license and your own car to attend viewing appointments.

Duties Include

· Marketing and promoting new and existing properties.

· Registering new buyers

· Booking market valuations for senior negotiators to attend

· Booking viewings

· Matching buyers' criteria to properties, keeping in contact with them to update their status and making them aware of new properties to market.

· Conduct viewings.

· Giving feedback to vendors.

· When required assisting with the progression of the sale .
