Role: Estate Agency Sales Negotiator

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Salary: GBP23,000 – GBP30,000 p.a

Contract: Full–Time, Permanent

Be the primary point of contact for buyers and vendors, ensuring a smooth and seamless property transaction process. Conduct valuations and property viewings, negotiating sales and driving deals through to completion. Collaborate closely with your branch team to exceed sales targets and contribute to the agency s overall success. About You:

Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role in an estate agency. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Strong knowledge of the South Yorkshire and Derbyshire property market. Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
