Overview

The client I am representing is one of the world's largest accountancy, tax and advisory firms.

This role is about delivering ESG assurance to a wide range of clients operating across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong assurance / consulting skills to support clients on achieving ESG objectives.

This role offers a generous base of 78k and additional benefits, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be working on a variety of ESG projects, supporting clients under reporting directives such as CSRD, ISSB, GHG Protocol and financing agreements. You will be supporting the overall growth of the ESG team overseeing ESG assurance reviews - providing support to the junior team. You will be actively assisting with identifying and realising the ESG opportunities through marketing, recruitment and training, and development of methodologies for the company.

Experience

Internal audit/assurance experience working in ESGExperience leading large ESG assurance and advisory reportsExperience delivering work under recognised assurance standards eg. ISAE 3000, 3410Understanding of risk management and internal control, specifically how this is applied in an assurance capacity for sustainability based reportingSignificant experience working in a previous similar ESG Assurance roleExperience leading a team of staff membersNext Steps
