Our client is looking into broadening their support capacity for the application in the international organisation.
As a Level 2 ERP Support you will be at the front end of our ERP Team, analysing the tickets raised by the international business users in Europe and Asia Pacific and deciding how to best help and support enquiries for each ticket. This would involve hands on work in the system setups and configurations or user training and documentation to minimise errors.
You will be working with the International ERP Team, Key business users, Support partners & Infrastructure team.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities:
ERP level 2 support role for international markets in Europe & APAC including handling of support tickets.Continuous support and training of business users.Active participation in the documentation of processes, guidelines and best practices for future reference.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in D365 standards and technologies. Technical Skills and Experience:
Minimum three years support experience, order processing management with D365 Finance & Operations applicationProven knowledge of business processes in a sales and distribution operationFluent in English. Any other European language will be a plusDesired: Knowledge of D365 F&O Retail and commerce /Microsoft certification for D365 Finance & Operations Personal Skills:
