Engineering Project Lead - Shrewsbury (Hybrid) - Up to £50/hr - Inside IR35

What You Will Do:

Develop project scope to address business challenges and opportunities.

Coordinate resources across sales, marketing, product development groups, value chain, and manufacturing.

Oversee project progress and costs; communicate status with stakeholders.

Direct project staffing; motivate and develop project team members.

Lead the creation and execution of Business Unit focused Product Development Projects.

Ensure the timely and valuable introduction of engineering solutions and new products.

What You Will Bring:

A degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.

Extensive experience in engineering technical excellence and project management.

Microsoft Project experience

Understanding of powerpack systems, engine systems preferred

Proven ability to influence through expertise and troubleshoot technical problems.

Strong knowledge of product design and development.

Exceptional team management and requirements analysis skills.
