Job Title: Engineering Manager (Electronics)

Role Overview:

As the Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the design and development of our electronics projects. You will lead a passionate team, oversee project execution, and ensure that we deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Project Management: Develop and implement detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution of system-level engineering projects, including electronics, hardware, firmware, and software.Specification Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create engineering specifications based on customer requirements and market insights.Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are met.Supplier Coordination: Work with third-party suppliers to guide the design and delivery process from prototypes to final products.Customer Engagement: Liaise with customers in partnership with sales and marketing teams to gather feedback and insights.Progress Tracking: Set priorities, track project progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and drive initiatives for ongoing improvements within the engineering team.Qualifications:
