Job Title: Temporary Employee Relations Specialist / HR Advisor

Location: Hybrid (minimum 1 day per week in the office London or Milton Keynes, with flexibility based on business needs)

Contract: 3 months (Temporary, until Christmas)

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

As the Temporary Employee Relations Specialist, you will:

Provide expert guidance in employee relations, ensuring consistent and fair application of HR policies. Manage and resolve complex ER cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management. Advise managers on handling employee relations matters, performance reviews, and conflict resolution. Collaborate closely with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations. Partner with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and improve overall team performance. Skills and Experience Required

Strong background in employee relations, including experience with disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management. Proven expertise in managing complex ER issues with a fair, empathetic approach. Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
