This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across Cambridge. These positions are perm and you will be provided with a van, fuel card and materials. Works will be EICR's + remedial works. You can go on a straight salary of 39,000 or you can take up the option to work on schedule of rates (Still perm) with earnings over 45,000 per year. Duties: Maintenance EICRs & Remedial Works Upgrades Installation works Requirements: 18th edition 2391 NVQ L3 Social housing/Maintenance experience UK Driving license Benefits van fuel card Leading pensions Leading Bonus Scheme Family Friendly package ASAP interviews + ASAP start
