We are actively looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join a local contractor in the East Midlands area on a permanent basis. In return you will receive a company car or car allowance, 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, flexible working hours, a pension scheme and more.

As the Electrical Contracts Manager you will be:

Managing the electrical contracts, developing relationships with clients and contractors Responsible for the profit and loss of the contracts ensuring everything is in line with budgets Ensuring that all work is in line with KPI's Manage the performance and development of your team, providing expertise, coaching and developmental support

Electrical Contracts Manager Qualifications / Experience:

Previous experience leading / managing an electrical team Experience managing and running employed and sub–contract DLOKnowledge of contract delivery within void and tenanted properties Social housing experience 18th edition, AM2NVQ Level 3 or 2391
