Role Overview:

* Position: Early Years Educator

* Qualification Requirement: Full and relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 3)

* Working Hours: 38 hours per week

* Starting Salary: £26,000

Responsibilities: As an Early Years Educator, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing children's development. Your responsibilities include:

* Having a key group of children, observing and recording their progress.

* Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.

* Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

* Adhering to nursery policies and procedures.

* Building positive relationships with colleagues, children, and carers.
