Job: Deputy Manager
Salary: 29k per annum
Hours: 40 per week

Amber Mace Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join a prestigious healthcare organisation based in Radstock, Somerset. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a background in the learning disability sector and a passion for leadership, offering a competitive salary.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in deputy managerial positions within a care setting and hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification. They will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in the efficient operation of the care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of the care homeProvide strong leadership and support to the care staff teamMaintain excellent standards of care, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelinesEnsure the care home operates effectively in line with the needs of the residentsOversee the implementation of care plans and risk assessmentsCollaborate with external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and promote the care home's servicesUphold a person-centered approach, promoting dignity, independence, and respect
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager within a care settingNVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)Sound knowledge of care standards and regulatory requirementsPrevious experience with Learning Disabilities/Autism Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team
