Position: Dementia practitioner ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) qualifiedLocation: Glasgow, Greater GlasgowSalary: GBP22.23 – GBP23.23p/h ( The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview. ) Up to GBP48,300 per annum based on 40hHours: Full–time 40hShifts : Days or NightsContract Type: Permanent Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of those living with dementia? We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Dementia Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in a Newly opened Dementia care community within our home.

As a Dementia Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide specialist care for individuals with complex needs, focusing on person–centred approaches and therapeutic interventions. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, offering support, education, and mentoring to staff, while ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop care plans for individuals with dementia.Deliver evidence–based interventions to improve well–being.Provide guidance and training to care staff.Collaborate with health, social, and voluntary services for coordinated care. Requirements:

Registered Nurse ( RMN /RGN / RNLD ) qualified .Minimum 2 years of experience in dementia care.Strong communication skills and a compassionate approachFull eligibility to work and live in the UK
