I just wanted to reach out as I am on the lookout for a Stock Condition Surveyor/EPC Assessor to cover the Dartford patch with a well–respected organisation. The reason for the role opening up is they are looking to expand their team and are looking for someone who is determined and driven to join their expanding team.

The Stock Condition role will be paid by survey depending on the different type of properties.

Just Stock Condition Surveys:

House– 20–23Flat– 18Block– 20– 25

Stock Condition Surveys and EPC Assessments:

House– 40Flat– 30

Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor and EPC Assessor role:

Write up reports of the properties and relay information back to the managerAssist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectivelyCollate detailed stock condition informationComplete EPC Assessments on these properties

Benefits to the Stock Condition Surveyor and EPC Assessor role:

Possibility of getting paid through CISLong term temporary contractUncapped amount of money to earn and depends on how many surveys you want to complete

Qualifications:

Must have a DEA Qualification (Domestic Energy Assessor)
