Data Cleansing Assistant – Salary £11.44

Temporary Role 4 – 6 week assignment

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable speaking with customers? We have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Data Cleansing Assistant to join my client’s team!

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact approximately 2,000 customers via phone from an existing list.

* Gather and verify important customer data, including contact information and other key details.

* Accurately enter and update all collected data directly into an Excel spreadsheet.

* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.

* Ensure data integrity and consistency across the spreadsheet.

Essential Skills and experience:

* Strong communication skills and comfort in speaking with a variety of customers.

* Experience working with Excel and a high attention to detail when entering data.

* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to complete the task.

* Previous experience in data entry or customer service is ideal but not essential.
