The Damp & Mould Surveyor will play a crucial role in the Property department of a Not For Profit organisation. They will be responsible for surveying properties, identifying issues and recommending effective solutions.

Description

Conduct thorough surveys of properties to identify damp and mould issues.Provide detailed reports on property conditions and necessary repairs.Recommend effective solutions to address damp and mould problems.Work closely with the Property department to ensure that all properties meet safety standards.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations.Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the organisation's property management processes.Assist in the training of new team members, if required.Profile

A successful Damp & Mould Surveyor should have:

A strong understanding of building surveying, particularly related to damp and mould.Excellent problem–solving skills and the ability to recommend effective solutions.Strong communication skills, capable of liaising with both residents and colleagues.Experience in the Not For Profit sector, ideally within property management.Commitment to maintaining high safety standards in all work.Job Offer
