The role involves conducting pre–inspections on social housing properties, identifying and assessing damp issues to ensure residents live in safe and comfortable environments. Your expertise will play a crucial part in maintaining the quality and safety of housing, directly impacting residents' well–being.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in damp inspection or a related field.Strong understanding of damp–related issues and their implications.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Ability to produce clear, concise reports and recommendations.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive approach to problem–solving.Must have a valid driving licence and own car, as travel between properties is required.
