As a Customer Support Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive prompt and effective technical support, as well as contributing to product testing efforts. In addition to resolving customer issues, answering inquiries, and providing guidance on the company products and services, you will also be responsible for conducting product testing to ensure high-quality performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for delivering exceptional support, and a keen eye for detail when it comes to product testing.

Essential Experience Requirements:

Ideally educated to Degree level (ideally in Automotive or Motorsport Engineering)Previous work experience within the OEM Automotive or Motorsport industry sectors with some experience of Vehicle Data Analysis, Vehicle Testing or Race Data Analysis/TelemetryA clear, concise writing technique and a polite telephone mannerCustomer service experienceAbility to demonstrate a logical approach to troubleshooting and problem solvingA positive attitude and good team working skillsFull clean UK driving licence.

Desired Experience:

Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technology-related industryAn understanding of vehicle data acquisition techniquesExposure to vehicle CAN and GPS technologiesExperience with product testing methodologies and toolsBasic electronics knowledge
