Customer Services Team Leader, £26,500, Salisbury

As a Customer Services Team Leader you will be responsible for providing outstanding support and assistance, ensuring customer service excellence.

Customer Services Team Leader Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and oversee returns management efficiently

Manage customer email enquiries and ensure timely responses

Liaise with warehouse on order fulfilment and stock issues

Generate daily/monthly reports and manage allocated stock

Support aged debtor resolution and assist with company events and peak periods

Skills & Experience as Customer Services Team Leader:

Previous experience in a customer service role

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Problem solving abilities and a strong attention to detail

A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
