One of my clients based in Nottinghamshire are currently on the search for an additional Customer Services Officer to assist their team on a part-time basis.

This position is initially until the end of March but does have scope to go on for longer.

My client are looking for someone for 24 hours per week, with a monthly rota system deciding whether your hours are in normal trading hours, or out of hours.

Flexibility on overtime would be appreciated.

Day-to-day duties:

Work in their central control taking emergency calls for the organisation and take calls from their lifeline service.

Additional role information

Duration: 5 months initial.

Hours per week: 24.

Working Pattern: All hours spent in office.

Rate: 16- 17p/h (paid through umbrella).

Start Date: ASAP.
