Customer Service Sales Advisor - £26,000 OTE £35,000 - Bolton – Monday to Friday Hours

We are on the look out for a Customer Service Sales Advisor for our leading tech business based in Manchester! Are you looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor role that will offer commission to cross sell additional services into existing clients? Then look no further, this is the Customer Service Sales Advisor role for you!

The package for Customer Service Sales Advisor:

* A basic salary of £26,000

* An uncapped commission structure and OTE of £35,000

* 36 days holidays per year and Xmas shut down!

The role of Customer Service Sales Advisor:

* Outbound calling existing clients and cross selling them additional tech products

* Identifying opportunities and book them in for meeting with a tech specialist

* Identifying pain points and opportunities to effectively expand client spend

* Working towards KPI’s and targets

What we're after for the Customer Service Sales Advisor:

* Experience in working in a phone based customer service or sales position

* Someone who is comfortable working towards KPI’s and driven

* Somebody who is tech savvy, ideally with an IT or tech related background either professionally or educationally
