Description

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be speaking to clients regarding a variety of queries they have in relation to the services the business offers.

You will be also working alongside other members of the business ensuring a smooth process and liaising with external parties and financial organisations.

The role will be very fast paced and rewarding you will be working towards service level agreements ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront at all times!

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

Extremely customer centric and passionate about delivering the best experience

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

A good team player
