Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a professional services environment providing support to clients which are going through the remortgage process.

You will have your own caseload of clients which you will be responsible for dealing with the process from start to finish and being first point of contact for customers and banks alongside other third parties.

The role will be fast paced working in a volume environment and making sure each case is dealt with providing the best service and a high level of client care.

Profile

No experience required the business provide full training!
