Customer Service

Vanta Staffing Reading is recruiting a Customer Service to work for our client based in the Reading area. This will involve general Customer Service duties; this role would suit the right candidate who wants consistent work with a prestigious company.

Experience:

Maintain accurate records within our customer database and CRM system

Liaise with external third-party suppliers e.g. delivery companies to investigate and resolve customer delivery issues.

Act as a customer champion, always delivering an excellent customer experience and support with increasing our customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work well in a team

Main Duities:

Speaking to customers

Resolving customer complaints

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and procedures.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week 8am to 5pm but are flexible Monday to Friday

Salary: £11.50- £12.50 an hours
