I am recruiting for a number of Customer Service Executives working for a thriving business based between York and Wetherby ( Own transport needed due to lack of public transport in the area) This is office based not a remote role.

The role will involve dealing with calls, emails and web chats from retail companies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, good keyboard and I.T skills. Ideally you will have previously worked in a customer service role but not essential.

This role is to start in November through to January on a temporary contract. We have various shifts available :

* Monday – Friday / Tue- Sat 8-5/9-5

Pay: £11.50 per week Monday to Friday or £12.16 per hour Tuesday - Saturday.

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
