CB Staffing Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our well known Beauty clients team based in Cheadle, Stockport. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.

* Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

* Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Providing product and service information to customers.

* Identifying and escalating priority issues to management.

Requirements:

* Proven customer support experience.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving skills.

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

* High attention to detail.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.

* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday £13.50 per hour
