Nelson recruitment are excited to be recruiting for our client for Customer Service Advisors.

This is a work from home position.

Duties to include:

* Answering incoming calls

* Advising on products and services

* Inputting data on to the system

Full training will be provided this will be delivered on site and not from home.

The ideal candidate

* Must be able to commit to the onsite training for at least four weeks.

* Will have some customer service experience

* Be computer literate

* Good telephone manner

* Willing to have backgrounds check completed

* Have access to internet.

The position is temporary for the duration of 6 months. Although, there is other opportunities once this project is completed.

All equipment will be provided for the role.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday

Pay rate: £11.56
