Customer Service Advisor

Temporary – ongoing

Monday – Friday

Manchester

Sellick Partnership are supporting a well–known Social Housing specialist based in Manchester to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor role may include:

Liaising with customers effectively to provide high levels of customer satisfaction and commercial successAnswering incoming telephone calls, maintaining excellent customer service whilst dealing/resolving all issuesPrioritise and plan for any responsive colleague orders/collectionsLiaising with the planning teams for colleague holidays and sicknessCollating and co–ordinating van stock deliveries to ensure no deliveries are missed and all colleagues on each run receive their deliveries when expectedManaging the effective delivery of customers material order requirements

Essential requirements for the Customer Service Advisor role:

Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiativeExperience in using warehouse based stock systemUse of full range of Microsoft Office
