Customer Service Advisor, Wednesbury based, Full-time & Permanent, GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 per annum, Hybrid working Your new company

A rapidly growing and fast-paced distribution business based in Wednesbury. You'll be joining an expanding Customer Service and Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your new role

The main purpose of this role will be to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Key duties include: Process orders, returns and ticket queries Ensuring customer queries are responded to as quickly as possible, preferably same day Encourage customers to use the online customer portal to grow website usage Deliver on all customer expectations Develop customer relationships to support customer retention Work collaboratively with the sales team Update all customer details on an internal CRM system

What you'll need to succeed 3+ years experience working in a Customer Service Advisor positionExcellent customer service, rapport building, and administration experienceSelf-starter and a positive working attitude
