As part of the Outdoor & Cycle Concepts Group, which includes Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need, and Snow + Rock, you will play a vital role in supporting outdoor enthusiasts by delivering exceptional customer service and promoting sustainability.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

* Oversee the daily operations of the Customer Care department.

* Motivate and drive your team to consistently exceed targets.

* Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

* Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the department.

* Monitor departmental activities and performance metrics.

* Provide hourly performance reports and track any issues.

* Leadership experience in a similar role.
