Customer Service Coordinator

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) pro rata

6-month fixed term contract (possibility of a permanent contract)

Location: Shrewsbury

Working hours are Monday -Thursday 8.45am to 5pm and Friday 8.45am-4.30pm

Additional benefits:

25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)

The Role:

We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for a reputable company that provides premium material handling equipment to a variety of industries. This role will suit a candidate with strong customer service and administration skills.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:

First point of contact with customers, managing communication and queries on sales and service.

Regularly update customers on requirements and expectations.

Assist with service invoice queries.

Update the CRM system as required.

Process Service Engineer paperwork.

Checking paperwork of all leasing and rental contracts.

The successfully appointed Customer Service Coordinator will have:

A background in administration and/or customer service.

Strong IT skills

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Attention to detail.

The ability to work productively in a fast-working environment.

Working knowledge of SAP (desirable as training will be provided).
