Credit Controller

Pertemps Stoke are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our client in the Stafford area.

Main duties for this Credit Controller role:

Preparing pre-legal documentation, and initiating County Court applications when necessary is highly valued.

Handling invoice inquiries.

Collaborating with different departments to resolve issues.

Support with direct debit procedures

Manage a customer base to ensure payments are made on time.

Initiate county court applications when necessary.Skills required for this Credit Controller role:

Minimum 2 years experience in a Credit Control role

Experience working in a credit control environment, dealing directly with customers.

Proficiency in numeracy and IT skills.

Experience of working with high debt management.

Familiarity with or willingness to learn software tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Sage, and other financial software (training provided).

Details of this Credit Controller role:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with flexible working hours.

Location: Stafford
