Job Purpose

Accountable for chasing outstanding debt via email and telephone which requires excellent communication and relationship building skills along with being detail orientated and self motivated.

Alongside the above you will get involved in the following;

Escalate late payers to Team LeaderPerform credit risk assessmentsNegotiate payment plansPerform customer reconciliationsManage Prestop & Stop accountsInvestigate and arrange customer refundsManage queries to ensure resolution within agreed timescaleIn return for your commitment and efforts you will enjoy many benefits and a wonderful place to work in.
