Job title: Cost Engineer

Job Type: Permanent

Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance

Duration: Permanent

Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: Competitive

Location: Warrington/Bristol

Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Applicants must have experience of the following:

- HNC or equivalent in cost engineering or quantity surveying

- Significant experience applying budgeting

- NEC3/4 experience

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages

- Ability to gain SC clearance

- ECITB QCF level 5 diploma or equivalent

Ideally applicants should also have:

- Chartered status

Role information:

- Develop, implement and maintain the project budgets

- Control the account plans, responsibility assignment matrix and WBS dictionary

- Monitor, control and validate project accruals

- Control resource and financial forecast data

- Manage financial change control

- Provide internal and external financial performance and cost reports
