Job Title: Copywriter TEMP

Location: Birmingham

Pay: Up to £33 an hour

Start Date: November start

About the Role:

we’re looking for a skilled Copywriter to join our Clients Talent Attraction team. You'll create compelling content to promote our employer brand and attract top talent. This role involves writing for recruitment campaigns, social media, blogs, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write engaging copy for recruitment campaigns, digital ads, and websites

- Develop social media posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

- Collaborate on brand campaigns for UK and global audiences

- Craft employee blog content, maintaining our brand tone and consistency

- Ensure brand voice consistency across all platforms

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in talent marketing, employer branding, and digital marketing

- Ability to create diverse, inclusive content for a wide range of audiences

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media copywriting

- Creative thinker with attention to detail and experience meeting deadlines

Contract Details:

- Part-time 1-2 days a week
