Description As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be working alongside an excellent collaborative team to provide support to clients around a variety of queries they have in relation to the services the business offers. The role will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls chasing up documentation and details required for their case. You will be also working closely with third parties such as banks to provide an efficient and smooth process.
