Stay updated on regulatory changes, best practices, and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance. Provide hands–on training to employees on compliance matters, including hazardous materials handling, PPE, and emergency response protocols. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs, making recommendations and implementing enhancements as needed. Prepare and submit reports on compliance activities, incidents, and mitigation plans to the Account Director. Build and maintain relationships with internal/external auditors, regulators, and industry associations to ensure smooth regulatory interactions. Serve as the key point of contact and subject matter expert on compliance issues, including Building Safety Act requirements.

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with sound technical knowledge and clear understanding of the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, British Standards, and industry best practices (SFG20, CBM, etc.).
