Hello Education, a reputable education recruitment agency based in Middlesbrough and serving the North East and Yorkshire region, is currently seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our small, friendly team.

As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our recruitment operations, reporting directly to senior management.

Key responsibilities include:

Understanding and using both internal and industry standards of compliance Ensuring all candidates are fully compliant in line with those policies Liaising closely with the team to complete and clear files Completing Right to Work and DBS checks Communicating effectively with candidates to update their files Supporting the completion of audits - both external and internal Completing periodic checks of files to ensure they are kept up to date Reference requests and completion of basic external referencing

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance standards, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. With a competitive annual salary, this role offers the opportunity for career development within a supportive environment. The standard working hours are 8am - 4pm.
