Job Title: Communications Assistant - Creative Campaigns & Marketing

Location: Edinburgh. EH8

Salary: Grade 5 £28,046 - £32,010 (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-Time, 36 hours per week

Duration: Until end of March 2025

About the Role:

Are you passionate about creativity and innovation in marketing? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to join our client and support the delivery of creative campaigns and marketing activities across a wide range of platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on exciting projects, from social media campaigns to brand promotions, and who wants to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

Support the development and delivery of creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Assist in managing content for online channels including social media and web.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.

Monitor campaign performance and gather insights for reporting and optimisation.

Assist in creating engaging marketing materials such as blog posts, graphics, and video content.

Contribute ideas for improving campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

What we're looking for:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.

Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for creative writing and delivering messages that resonate with audiences.

An eye for design and experience in producing materials in Word, PowerPoint and Canva would be desirable as would experience in creating content, filming and editing videos
