We are looking for a number of experienced Buyers with Automotive or Manufacturing experience across Direct and Indirects category spend

We are partnering with an Automotive client based in the West Midlands for several experienced Buyers for both their Directs and Indirects category teams.

The Production purchasing team are looking for experienced Buyer's to join their team across various sub teams including Chassis, Electrification, BIW, Trim and Powertrain.

The Indirects Buyers will be managing a selection of category areas across typical corporate services, which would include IT, Marketing, FM, Professional Services, Logistics.

These are strategic positions where you will take full ownership for your assigned commodity areas, you will be required to run RFP's and tendering activity autonomously from end to end, identify cost optimisation opportunities and take a commercial outlook for your category under control.

This team has doubled in size over the last 18 months, providing excellent opportunities for career growth and progression. Although closely supported by senior members of the team, you have the freedom to plan your won category and challenge the status quo to help deliver value add to the team and group.

You will be required to work on site 3 days a week, 2 from home, with early finish on Fridays. Current investment is on–going into the upgrade of the campus, so you will be working in a newly enhanced environment.

Our client is based in Warwickshire with good access to the local road links.
