Driver Hire Gatwick are recruiting for a Commercial Waste Manager for one of our clients in Horsham. You're responsibility will include overseeing and managing a team dedicated to providing exceptional commercial waste and recycling services. Your focus will be on optimizing resources, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for the right candidate to start on the 28/09/2024 and take on this role for the next 7 months.

Job Specification:

* Lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational goals.

* Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in commercial waste and recycling services.

* Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

* Ensure that resources are deployed effectively and efficiently to meet service demands.

* Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

* Oversee recruitment, performance management, and training for your team.

* Manage budgets and ensure efficient expenditure.

* Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing teams and operations.

* Strong understanding of workplace health and safety legislation.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.

* Living within a 10 mile radius from Horsham.

* Have your own means of transportation to and from Workplace.

* Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

* Understanding of budgeting and financial management.

* Competent in using various computer systems and software.
