Our Client, a well–established, successful and forward–thinking company, looking for an articulate and experienced Chartered Surveyor/RICS Registered Valuer.

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) and an RICS Registered Valuer and be able to show they have extensive valuation and landlord & tenant knowledge within the commercial sector.

Work from home anywhere in Kent, SE London with Competitive salary with an attractive 30% commission

25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

Parking available when at the office

Health Care, CDP and Long Service Awards

Candidates must hold a clean, full UK driving licence and be able to provide their own or have everyday access to a vehicle (with business insurance) for this role.

Working within the Valuation and Leasehold Department, the role will see you carrying out a range of professional surveying services, including property valuation and Landlord and Tenant advice.

The Person will have up–to–date knowledge of :
