Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the property and housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in North West London who are looking to recruit a Commercial Surveyor with M&E contract experience.

Duties will include:

Ensuring contracts are financially controlled and kept within set budgets. Managing schedule of rates and open book arrangements for M&E contracts. Working with management teams to ensure that the Compliance and M&E Team consistently identifies opportunities for and delivers value for money. Managing a large and complex range of contracts, delivering high volumes of multi–disciplinary repairs to housing, offices and other building types.

To be considered for the position of Commercial Surveyor you must have the following:

Experience in a relevant maintenance & reactive/responsive repairs in a commercial environment. High level of analytical skill and the ability to deliver creative, cost affective solutions. BSc, HND or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Surveying or a similar related field. Ability to engage, coach and motivate teams and set clear targets and expectation.

Salary: circa GBP50,000 – GBP52,000
