Vacancy: RICS COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Gravesend

Salary: GBP40k – GBP50k Dependent on experience & qualifications

Position: Permanent Full Time (may consider PT)

We are seeking a Commercial Property Management Surveyor to work within a Building Consultancy Team of Chartered Surveyors in North Kent. This is an opportunity to join an expanding team based in Gravesend.

You will have strong Commercial Property Management Surveying Skills and be responsible for delivering professional and project services as well as contributing to the growth of the department.

You will be required to work across all sectors and the role will involve the undertaking of an array of surveying services.

Skills required for this RICS Commercial Property Management Surveyor role will include:

RICS / MRICS Registered valuerMinimum 2 years experience post qualification.Commercial Property Management Surveying experienceHighly motivated individualProven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusionStrong organisational skills in order to set priorities and be responsive to customer requestsMulti–tasking abilities and initiative in order to proactively deal with a wide range of queriesIn–depth knowledge of best valuation practicesFull UK driving license and own carAttention to detail/disciplined individual.A good team player with strong analytical skills Benefits with this RICS Commercial Property Management Surveyor role benefits include:
